A little something in a style I'm calling '12-bar acid'.
Recorded the vox with a Copperphone.
Beats + acid produced on the Dirtywave M8 tracker.
Dedicated to that muddy Brazos Bottom.

12-bar acid is a fantastic idea.  I lost it at the solo tongue

You've been talking about how guitar-esque the Nanoloop FM felt for long enough, super glad to see you put your voice where your fingertips were. (You're going to have to make more.)

great track

I love the signing that have a vintage vibe to it with the contemporary synth sounds.

so cool. very well done. excellent work. awesome. I want more tracks like this.

12-bar acid, I get it. I enjoyed this big_smile

Good ear, the mic I used is decidedly vintage and not a normal full-frequency mic

Just kinda came naturally - m8 really lends itself to this type of composition. Thank you for the positive feedback

I really like these vocals, vaguely resembling Gorillaz and could definitely stand to be put forward in the mix

Thanks for confirming that, I think I agree at this point. I mixed with headphones and you know how that goes...

Maybe, I listen on them, but still I can't really make out the vocals

Dopeness. That growly acid sits well with the vocals!

The mix of this super cool beat and the blues like vocals is just perfect. It's an original idea but it just works very well.

Very cool track. I love the vocal effects

Pretty nice combination. I can picture a bluesman tweaking 303 knobs over a wood crate on a dusty road...
