My M8 took a planned trip to the beach, and an unplanned trip through the mail.

Lazy summer vibes. Listening on shitty speakers (sorry) and it still sounds great. Gotta learn to mix. Especially avoiding the silent kicks.
The pulsating bass at 1:40 is the last drop to get me to head nod. #25 strong.
Boppin'! Loving the tape warbled keys, is that all done on M8 or did you use something external to make it sound like a broken old cassette? The little break at each 8 bar loop makes it feel extra sampled. Cool vibe!

Thanks - this time was actually a tone of tape emulation on each track and then a logic tape delay set to no delay on the master. I have done the same effect purely on the m8 for instance in my last track of 2022 https://weeklybeats.com/noggin/music/blaud---dillbeat---bday-beat

the tape delay fits the heatwave here really well - i feel like my brain has been on a perpetual tape delay this past week
