Vitrage Jars Chaconne SK-1

By Nick_Jones on March 15, 2020 11:32 pm

This song was based off of something my girlfriend sent to me: https://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/musical-cryptography-codes?utm_medium=atlas-page&utm_source=facebook.com  Basically it's a cipher of notes to english letters that Haydn's brother did.  So I mad a song out of it with a message in it.  It was rather silly but in this world of restaurants and bars shutting down, silly is necessary for survival.

Niiic cryptomelody! SK1 beats are the bessst! Used plenty by Autechre and Protman and the likes. Also haha excellent conclusion!

(*Niiice that is)

This is beautifully open stuff soundwise. And I love that concept of the cryptomelody too. Great!

That's super interesting and something I hadn't heard of before. I haven't read the entire article yet but this is something I think I might try out. The song you made here sounds really cool considering it was made with a functional purpose in mind.
