The funny thing about sloppy is, that's what a live performance brings, a natural feel. A missed beat, a wrong note, a slightly harder hit; things that make a song feel alive and hopefully you'll carry through exploring that.

Man, snares are hard. I feel like there's a really narrow band between not enough and too much, specially with reverb. I can see why you'd want more, but I kind of also like how it makes the snare feel up front and in-your face... doesn't match the other drums well though.

Yeah, for sure. This is all programmed, because the controller I was gonna use for it wasn't working at the time. I've got options now, so I'll be trying some played-in off-kilter stuff soon
