Sample based hip-hop. Pretty happy with this one. I'd like to figure out how to work with more interacting layers, but getting there slowly.

Nice sampling!  That half-minute intro riff is especially smooth

nice chill groove, and for some reason my computer decided to start live captioning the samples?

so every time the computer was detecting a strange signal, the computer would detect and transcribe it for me.

Haha, what did it say?

exactly what the sample says. it's like the computer was singing along.

Oh right, I forgot I used a vocal sample or a minute there 😅

Smooth beat, loving it

Thank you smile

The vocal sample is definetely dope, quite "startrek-y" if I must say. Dope taste, definetely

Reminds me strongly of the stuff a netlabel called Dusted Was Kingdom was releasing back in the day. You should check it out.

The piano and guitar samples set the right mood. BTW... what about the title?

Really dope work

Just another phrase that stuck in my head.. I often name tracks based on an association with one of the samples, but not this time. I also often name tracks early when there's not much too them, and then they diverge from whatever it was that triggered the name, which happened here. But I guess strange signal -> space -> blackness, raum -> room -> house.

I'll definitely check out Dusted Was Kingdom.
