Very cool, with some great bass sounds.  I especially liked the classic 90s-jungle bass dives in the middle and the  break-through-the-clouds moment at 2:49.  Only crit is to consider using more chalk in magic circles

interestingly, you mention lyrical. I did have lyrics in the form of some magic words I was going to say in some of the breakdowns (a little poem in latin), but it just felt so goofy and pretentious that i didn't.

I fall somewhat leftfield of pure drum and bass, but I take that is a good thing!

generally i flake out and move onto a different idea, but i'm not going to do that this time. gotta keep with one idea for as long as I can
