ARCADIA

This week I tried to make a track that had a video game vibe, and used lots of arps and chiptune sounds. Most of this week+weekend I was in Boston for PAX East, and didn't bring a laptop, so I did my best to mix the audio only using my M8. I did run it through Mixea to master, and converted to an mp3 on my phone with ffmpeg. It's a bit raw, but pretty fun! As usual, it's fairly repetitive, but I appreciate any feedback!

I made the gif by recording a time lapse while walking through the show floor at PAX, and editing with multiple different video editing apps.

Big fan of the chippy arps here. Also, the vocals around 0:50 gave it a really nice organic feel.

INSANE leads. Love the vocal chops with the degradation too.

I love this. Love the vocal, gives me a super 90's vibe. Great job!

amazing!!!!

Thanks! I really liked the vocal samples on this one, the only thing I wished is that I could get them to sound a bit more "chippy" or something.

Thanks! I thought the degradation added some thing to change it up, so I'm happy it worked!
