Yes! The more birds i encounter on weekly beats, the happier i be

this track is great. it was good but when the gnarly bass line comes in I fell in love. head cant stop bobbing to the tune when that one goes. the little bird chirp was a fun little punctuation as well. really good work

heart thank you for the kind words. Glad to hear you liked the bass! I used a reese sample and did some pitch bends and filter openings on it. It was also pretty fun to sidechain the filter cutoff on the reese to the kick drum to give it some more grit every time the kick hits smile

What style will you lean into when you perform next?
I think your DnB is getting quite good. 1:53 slowdown section was my favorite

Aww thank you for the compliment heart. No idea what I'll perform yet! But aiming for something high energy with some fun drums.

This is mellow - and hard - and mellow - and hard. I like it!

I love those spacey samples! Nice mix overall!! The second section is soo good you really added lots of sounds and placed them in very nice patterns, great work heart

Aww thanks for listening! I've been thinking about contrasts ever since Coldsushi clued me into it, so now I try and include contrasting sections in my compositions smile
