Low Clouds on the Horizon

By MRDRCAT on July 5, 2026 11:50 pm

I tried to use all samples for this one, but the drone is Hypersynth, so I FAILED. Everything else is samples though, including the echoey blorpy noise (a bunch of Rumble of Ancient Times noodling) and the percussion samples from my modded Monotribe.

The glitchy middle section is supposed to have a fake weather forecast where the meteorologist's friendly voice incorporates more cosmic horror before throwing back to one of the anchors, but I ran out of time before I could record it. Such is life.

Love the bass in this one! Cute sound selection all around.

Love how bouncy but slightly evil this sounds.
Great use of samples!

Sounds like a psychedelic Italo track, love the summer vibes!

Congrats on almost succeeding in using only samples!
Drums are quite groovy, nice shuffle.
I like the part the track meows.
Nice job!
