Halloween Surf Movie Theme

This is one of those side-effects of summer... if I had more free time I'd definitely flesh this out more, but I ran out of time. To me it either sounds like a cheesy Halloween soundtrack or a surfing video game... the drum machine is from an old organ. Feel to build on it!
