Love the sounds on this track - the opening is great, almost theatrical like the opening to a movie! Are you using mostly custom instruments, or are there samples mixed in as well?

Love the sounds on this track - the opening is great, almost theatrical like the opening to a movie! Are you using mostly custom instruments, or are there samples mixed in as well?

The samples used are mostly for the drums (two kicks and a snare) and effects like the impact or the riser. In addition of that I used samples from the SID (Commodore 64) heavily modified through the M8, one other from the NEC PC-98 for a xylophone soundalike and the last one from the game Unreal (sort of eery sound in the background)
