Subdivision Juggling

This is something I love to do on piano, that I decided to explore on m8. Basically, you pick 2 different subdivisions, in this case 1/8th and 1/12th, play each in separate hands, yet make them overlap, and choose patterns that don't line up every rep, but every few, to allow for an interpolation of their syncopation. So that's where this track started, then I just continued to add more subdivisions, then another section that doesn't adhere as strictly to these rules, etc.
I just ripped a single c4 sample from noire piano, then pitched it (lazy, but effective, at least for "snes-esque" samples), and used a channel per "hand", then reverb to emulate damper pedal usage (with the reverb decay shortened at the beginning of every chord change to emulate a damper pedal release). The rest is all internal engines.
I didn't have near as much time this week, but I still feel pretty good about what I was able to accomplish here.
