The drums definitely work, but it would be kind of interesting to hear the pure ambient version also.  I especially like the synth line that comes in around 1:41

The sound has a good drive. love the rhythm section. it sounds fresh like a good cold drink in the summerheat.

Congrats on moving! I always hate moving but feel way better after the fact. Also a good chance to throw away a lot of crap I didn't realise I had accumulated. Love your drums and ambient work as usual.
