Thanks for the comment Perplex On.  I threw this one together in a rush to head off to a drunken party, so it was all in Ableton 9 and my mouse.  I used three different cheering samples, each one doubled and tweaked (reversed, pitch, etc).  The bass synth is a modified patch in Analog and the high synth is one of Sampler's sounds, with effects and tweaks.  The drums are Live's 606 drumrack.  There's also sidechaining and other geeky automation throughout.
