So Here We Are

Another one in the books! Congrats on all the weeks everyone. Wow, it's amazing, and you all are inspiring. After making tracks from jams with others, I did a solo jam this week. Pulled out the table top sound making gizmos and played around. Some live drumming on the e-drums, and roland handsonic, voice sounds through the Roland E4. Chopped up and moved around a bit in Live, but mostly kept the parts that I played together stay together. I kept saying "so here we are" this week. Just a reminder that we're here now in this moment, and that's really about all there is. smile heart

The rhythm/instruments you picked for the percusión and the glitched out melody paired well.

it is a psychedelic trip. great sound and mix. well done.

I love the accompanying video, just perfect. What a beautiful groove, bopping my head.

Thank you! That means a lot. I often doubt and wonder about those aspects since I'm just kind creating fast and off the cuff. cheers.

Hey thanks, I think creating some psychedelic trips is really my goal in music making, or one of the big ones anyway. Appreciate the feedback, thanks!

Glad you liked the vid, thanks! Have been putting those together in like the last hour or two before upload, feel lucky when they workout, but probably getting better at them as time goes on. Win some, and win some slight less I say. Glad the groove got you going too, cheers!

Trippy rhythms and textures throughout and really enjoyed the vocal sample manipulation as well.

Great variety of percussive sounds and awesome trippy synth work.  The video really adds a cool visual component to it as well.
