Polar Bear Shake

By miraclemiles on November 27, 2022 11:31 pm

Just a little bop for the polar bear's dance parties.
Made up some words for this and polar bears made it in there, so there we go.
Also a couple lyircs about needing a soundtrack for life and walking into a room and a reggae songs plays. Watched the movie Booksmart this weekend - hilarious. I love it when in movies a song starts playing in background as characters enter the scene, maybe things go slow motion. I want that to happen in real life more often.
Wanted to re-record vocals, the effect from I got through the roland e4 is not my fave in retrospect, but I stuck to my one take and done rule, makes life simpler.
Bass and synth from the microfreak, kinda learned the sequencer a bit more. Not ready for the polar bear party yet, but some day I can only hope.

Sounds like a fun party.  I like the vocals as is.  I can totally picture the polar bears singing.

Certainly in a polar bear vibe right now, deep freeze up hear, hitting -40 with the windchill tonight.
Catchy lyrics, unique, and most importantly fun, great stuff.

Hahaha a funky groovy polar bear party. I can picture it, in a dimly lit bar, with a group of polar bears sitting on stools while sharply dressed polar bears are on stage playing this funky track. We need more polar bears in our lives.  As long as they respect social distance.

Def can see a groovy polar bear shakin it down to dis beat.  Cool use of the drums and vocals.  This was a fun track.

Fun parties are what we're all about here in my music room! Glad you thought vocals can pass muster for the week. The polar bears did lend me their voices for the week.

Whew! the cold Canadian lands are coming on strong! I'm feeling the winter down in Washington now with 8 inches of snow and teens and 20's. Feels balmy compared to -40! Thanks for checking this out, glad it gave some fun vibes your way!

I like that scene you painted there. Spot on! So true we do need some polar bears to come hang. Let's do what we can to fight climate change so the bears can live and maybe decide to come hang. The social distance is crucial, very true. I'd go sing karaoke with them though. They can hit all the low notes

Thank you, glad it was fun and that you imagined a beat shakin it! Glad the vox sounded ok to you too, I was down on them, but they growing on me a little now.
