Catacomb Adventure

All sounds from the Novation Circuit synth / "groovebox".  Played most of this in a few minutes when jamming with a friend and liked what came out so finally dug it back up and arranged for the weekly beat. Added few tweaks and another clip or two today, then put the audio of the 6 tracks from the Circuit into Ableton to arrange. I like this battery operated instrument more and more as I use it, and I'm still using the onboard synths and drum samples. They have recently updated the firmware so now you can load samples onto it and tweak the synth patches. It keeps me from making things too complicated in the beginning. Limitations are good. Song kind of reminded me of sneaking around a tunnel / dungeon or catacombs, which I also kind of picture happening on Adventure Time.

I'm not familiar with the synth, but it makes some cool sounds for sure.  Definitely can see a dungeon vibe, and reminds me of old school computer games.

catchy hooks/melodies/bass!

Thanks very much! Perfect gif, that's the vibe that came to me for sure. Yeah the Circuit is a fun little synth, does a lot, and battery powered.
