everything in the beginning has a paper-like distortion to it, so tasty, like a flushed bit of saturation to add warmth to everything, and then those light drops of percussion with a skipping feel sets the overall tone perfectly and draws me in to listen attentively all the way to the very beautiful ending trail of reverb
