Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

All instruments were made from a CR78 cowbell sample. I'm glad I was able to make this and thus avoid uploading the only other music I made this week!

I love this idea of building instruments from very basic source sounds. I must ask if you'd be willing to divulge some of your processes? I can't believe some of these sounds started out as a cowbell sample, the kick, bassline and lead samples. HOW?!! Very impressed.

@SAWFAY: fl studio's sampler channels have per-instance, real time timestretching/pitchshifting with a bunch of different modes as well as a built-in doppler. LFOs and envelopes for anything you'd ever want an LFO envelope for are also built into each sampler channel, and it all really comes in handy for stuff like this!
Like to try my hand at this too, you're giving me ideas here. Guess you're familiar with matmos? One track used just noises from a balloon, for example.
