The Method

Another quick one this week - this time an attempt to do something a bit footwork-y. Drums from an 808 kit, all other parts made in Plogue Chipsounds and sequenced in Renoise. Went a bit haywire on the effect automation.

The early... high snare(?)(not so familiar with 808 kit sounds) is a cool idea, but it needs something on the downbeat of that beat to strengthen its entrance more rhythmically. Like, three toms leading up to it (I think I may have heard that somewhere?) or something. I liked this piece though.

I like the bass drum programming quite a bit. plus the ambient washes are pleasant.

The programming is solid.

Nice. Love those kicks.

Dig the snare/noise spill effect.  Deep kicks.
