First week with the OXI one. Lots of rough patches as I learn its strengths and many of its quirks.

I love seeing those videos of hardware, with all the cables. As i never use hardware (all software synths or some instruments), I am never really sure how the hardware synth work and especially if you have to change the cabling between songs? That seems super complicated but I guess that's not the case?
This track is a journey. The melody around 1:15 brings levity to the track.
I like that lead, there's room for more of it though
Ohh yeah a lot of room. Trying to balance over-noodling with publishing, which WB sort of forces on you. A lot of these WB track are me fucking around with sounds and some minor arrangement all week, and then just trying to play something in the last 4 hours on Sunday morning my time.

It depends, these first 4 have all been the same general set up and patch, with only the sequencer changing. I did this on purpose to see if all 4 could have a similar feel and be in the same sonic space. But more often than not I completely repatch and add in hardware as needed every song. WB doesnt really give me enough time to do that as much as I would like. February's will most likely be a new patch at the very least.
