- - - - - Whistling Up the Wind - - - - - -

Uncovered in an open meadow
With the silence of a stone
Distant from every shadow
Wounded and exposed
Starting all over again
Would be whistling up the wind

Suspended in the jaws of reflection
All the voices blowing by
Pointing out the imperfections
Piety’s battle cry
How can you say “Amen,”
When you’re whistling up the wind?

Great! Love the subtle vocoder effect.

Gorgeous harmony and military drum roll works so nicely here. And the plastic cooler with the lids in it gives a nice edge.

Wow.  Another great tune. Love the mic technique on the drums - really roomy - sound very natural.
