during the carnaval i wrote a max for live device that allowed me to control my juno 106 via sysex messages. this song started with a line composed to test the automation capabilities of the patch and the juno.

Wonderful contrast between the floaty Juno line and that crushing kick.

I miss my 106.

Thanks! I thought about selling it a couple weeks ago, but decided it was a mistake. I can't make one song without the Juno's 80's vibe!

Sweet sliding going on, and excellent perc!!

Thank you so much! I decided to explore the automation of the pitch bend for this one wink

beautiful, love the melodies and the overall melancholic feel. Sounds great too, perfect mixing!

The juno sounds excellent.  I like how the mid range almost has a mellotron feel to it.  Suhweet beat as well.  Nice job! smile

Thank you! The Juno already sounds amazing with no mixing. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right frequency / resonance for the filter to get to that mid range sweet spot.

very slick, really enjoying this! smile

Thank you!

Juno 106 is such a relatively simple yet powerful tool.. and you make it shine properly. The pitch manipulation give it a "resampled chops" quality that both fits your music and makes it shine as something more that "the classic 80s lead synth".

BTW, great bass slaps and piano cuts. A lot of interesting ornaments and hidden elements in here.

Excellent

glad you liked! it means a lot, since i'm really enjoying the stuff you have been posting here.

the juno really became the main synth I use. not so much for writing and composing, but when I start to layer sounds it seems that everything goes around the juno as it create a solid basis and a certain vibe. the automation possibilites really takes it out of the "which 80's song was made with this sound" stuff, looking forward for using it more.
