Week 3 Forum Theme - Black Metal

I don't know a whole lot about Black Metal, other than blast beats and evil, so this is my take on the genre.

Gear used:
Guitars - Schecter C1-Elite w/ EMGs (my only downtuned 6 string)
Bass - Ernie Ball Stingray (Transposed down in the Kemper)
Amp - Kemper Profiling Amp (Laney and 6505 Profiles for Guitars.  Ampeg SVT3 for Bass)
Drums - EZ Drummer with Metal Machine expansion
Plugins - Fab Filter EQ and Comp, Ozone 5, Cakewalk TTS for Choir

I wish I had had time to do vocals.

legit \m/

meets black metal minimum requirements and them some.
Fantastic job.

dude you rock this style for not knowing a lot about it hahaha, so tite

I thought I already commented on this.. it seems not though. It's a shame you ran out of time for vocals, but that's ok because this is super awesome anyway. The choir is a nice touch!

Yeah this kills. We'll done!

Thanks guys. My songs are usually very melodic, so this was a challenging (but fun) departure

sounding really good, especially for a punk man! you should make some more in this style!

We shall see *buys corpse paint*

Nice!  Thanks for sharing your gear setup.  I'm working on some trap(ish) style death metal remixes. Sounds pretty tight.

INTENSE!! -- Well done!!

Damn straight man!

The choir bit did it for me smile oh yeah. Very nice.

I can only imagine the amount of caffeine needed to do that drum programming!  Great job!

Well done !

CRYSTALLIZED DIMENSIONS

Awesome work!  Shame about no vocals.  That would of capped off the BM style.  Guitars sound cool!

oh this is brilliant. the choir during the bridge really seals the deal on this one.

methinks I will be needing to get the metal machine expansion. nice job man... agree that it could use more vocals. just do creepy screamed whisper shit and put distortion and echoes or delay, etc. on it and you're golden.

Ok this is great. Nice string instruments playing and drum programming!
