Fourish Four

Got a late start on this week's. Hit a serious rut with a riff not in 4/4. Decided to write a 4/4 riff and work off of that into other time signatures, and it turned into this. Finished writing it Saturday night, tracked it this morning.
This is actually the first song I've recorded with my Seven String. Learned a few important lessons:
1. The pickups in this thing suck, so sorry for the meh guitar tones.
2. The intonation on a $400 seven string is questionable at best (even when properly intonated)
3. I only have a 4 string bass, which makes tracking bass an adventure.
There's a flub in there that I missed somehow, but I'm out of time, so let's just say it's a one time djenty palm mute.
Gear Used:
Guitar - Ibanez RG7321, Music Man Stingray
Amp - Kemper (5153, 5150, and Marshall JVM profiles for guitars. Ampeg SVT3 for bass (transposed down a half step).
Drums - EZ Drummer with Metal Machine Expansion
Software - Sonar, Fab Filter EQ and Comp, Ozone 5
