This week, I've been part of the...erm... Weekly Sample Project ? IDK HOW TO LABEL IT ! But the sample pack get together within the discord community ! (I like the "Sample Pack Get Together")

My first time trying to work around sample and trying to force myself to work around. Pretty tough I must say, I really lack the experience of learning to mess around with it so I got stopped really quick and didn't really went digging as much as I should've (I blame the new heatwave for it, I can't work with 30+°C inside it's impossible, so I ended up doing everything on the sunday because nothing scares me more than loosing the streak :DD) so I ended up with some kind of summer dance music ? (Lacking the mixing as well but I mean... HEAT) It's kinda fun, but lacking of stuff I NEED to work on and I SHOULD take the time to try (but always end up with not enough time !)

Wow, that was great!
The chord progression is so beautiful and satisfying, a bit reminiscent of The Pixies' Where Is My Mind (the last two chords).
Nice summer track, uplifting alright but not naive.
Thanks for a great addition to the "challenge" (if I'm being honest, the challenge lies within ourselves, but we could brainstorm for a better name, ha ha).

Yeah, did open the folder, did listen to some of those samples and there is quite a bit of cool stuff to check, I'd need to really sit and just jump in if I'd want to do the challenge... But I know those are fun.

I really like when the bass line kicks in.
