Don't Wanna Talk?

Adam sent me a cool sample of a man banging drum sticks inside of a gondola. Flipped that into the main percussion loop, and added some nice chords and R&B style beat!

Not my usual style, but had a lot of fun with this one smile Let me know what you think!

Nick, this is really good.  Love the soft EP and lush analog synth sounds.  The bass rhythm and vocals left me wanting more.

Really loving the chords. Soooo lush!

Super cozy and groovy! Especially love the glidey chords at the start and the vocals + when they get chopped up later.

Thank you!! I was definitely going for that warm, maybe even a little ~spicy~ vibe on it! I had fun chopping up the chords and vocal at the end too smile I felt like Flume for a second there wink

The vocal processing on this track is great.  Sets such a great mood.

damn the warm synth, the vocals with the rhythmical thingy. so good! cool minimalist lyrics too! I've been trying to write something super simple and always it gets out of hand. this is cool to pick up tips from

Thank you so much!!! I definitely struggle to keep things simple too haha, but I do believe that sometimes the idea of "Less is more" is so true! Happy to explain any elements, and would love to ehar what you got in the works!
