Sorry, this is pretty bad. I really phoned it in today, couldn't even be arsed to get off the couch.

< 80 lines of SuperCollider, written in less than an hour. Very dumb bassline/beat w/ generative hats and very uninspired Brownian melody.

At least it's short.

Wow, thanks man. Maybe it was worth redeeming after all? I guess it's just the drums that are super weak sauce, haha.

Brownian is just a random-walk algorithm - like instead of going all over the place from step to step, you move just a little bit from value to value. So that's where that kind of naturalistic but meandering feel comes from - it's just moving along the scale a note or two at a time. It's nice in SuperCollider to just be able to set this kind of stuff up and let it go on autopilot lol.
