forth we go as friends (farewell)

Well, here we are.

This has been one heck of a challenge, and one heck of a year in general.  Life's been starting to move in exciting new directions, and I have WeeklyBeats to thank for providing a source of order and discipline, a fantastic community, and an outlet for engaging in an art form that I love.  Even with a few missed weeks and missteps, I've grown more prolific and proficient from the added practice, and for that I'm grateful.

Barring WeeklyBeats 2019 Edition (?), I guess this is goodbye - for now, at least.  Thanks for listening, for giving feedback and encouragement, and for sharing works of your own.  Have a Happy New Year's Eve's Eve, and here's to a Happy 2019!

A thoughtful and slightly pensive ending. Well done for 2018 (I think the next WB will be 2020)!

Lovely, reminds me a lot of Professor Layton games heart Thanks for a great year! Glad you also found a lot of value in it heart Your style really resonated with me and I really looked forward to your tunes each week. I'll be sure to keep up with your soundcloud in 2019. Happy New Year!

I'll miss your work, but at least I'll have this year's songs.

So nice! This puts me at ease. This is a sweet swell ending song. I'm just discovering your stuff now. Meant to listen back when you commented on one of mine, but you know how it goes, going to listen to more, have good 19, see you here in 20 perhaps?

Beautiful bittersweet sendoff, love the chord progression here and the softness of all the instruments. Very well done.
