Lick a snowflake. Kiss
the winter wind. Stun yourself.
Love the cold. Come home.

Well, here's the last of my WeeklySeasons submissions. Shoutout to Judgment Act for the fun prompt! This year's been a wild and weird journey, but I'm glad I got to complete the challenge within a challenge.
**
You can check out my other submissions below. I tried to use the material from my first submission as the basis for the following three, so hopefully they come together in some kind of cohesive whole!

[Summer]: https://weeklybeats.com/levelcapybara/music/perpendicular-palms-weeklyseasons-summer-2022

The arrangement and the ways it works in the theme are wonderful.  The track keeps building up into something better and better as it goes along.   For me it went from that-rare-mix-of-feelings-I-from-early-mid-90s-squaresoft-was-great-at-nailing to the-kind-of-thing-that-makes-films-sound-more-profound-than-they-probably-are to a-track-going-into-the-playlist because it feels great.  Definitely a favorite from this week's batch. heart

Congrats on completing the challenge within the challenge(i almost forgot, thanks for reminding me)
This holds a beautifully thoughtful space to it, so calming yet moving all at once heart

(^hehe ‘falling furz’ big_smile)

Aww, man... was that this week? I'll have a bunch of wintery songs coming up anywho!

very nice mood...

This is absolutely beautiful, it captures the "silence" so well, you know?
- Ebrit

Listening to this track, I am back to being a teenager and playing a wonderful SNES RPG game like Secret of Mana or Chronotrigger. This track captures that magic, and the depth of emotions that one can have exploring these worlds. And it has better sound as this is not a chiptune. I like especially the choir like layer from 2:25, it has a magic feel, against the guitar like instrument on top of it, with the question/answer play they do there.

Thanks! I was hoping this one might come out a bit chilly.

I'd say the guitar and piano are much too warm for that.
