Collab with my bud maksy!
We swapped M8 bundles on Wednesday and continued working off of what the other had made up to that point. He had recorded some really nice guitar harmonics and made that interesting pattern the piece starts off with. I expanded on that and ended up with this interesting switch between major and minor tonalities. I picked the name because harmonics (and the bell sound I made in FM synth) reminded me of the area Crystal Peak in Hollow Knight.

I love the mix of the samples and the bouncy synths of the m8.
The melody about a minute in really reminds me of Crash Bandicoot's ice levels big_smile

man the switch between major and minor was the trick to keep this fresh. really like the idea.

The lead is really casual but moving, sounds a bit Fatima Yamaha. And that key change back and forth is smooth but has a big impact.
