Quick lazy sunday beat. The main phrase is alternating between one bar of 4/4 and one of 7/8 (or just one large 15/8), I think that makes this my first odd-meter Weeklybeat. Skipping that last 8th note gives me the feeling of trying to keep up in a race and holding on for dear life while constantly behind.

A quick lazy Sunday beat, maybe. But this isn't a lazy beat. It's cool! Odd time signatures can definitely can have that push/pull feeling of stumbling. Being on the back foot and trying to catch up. Anyway, really neat little tune. Very well done!
