Thanks. chip sounds are samples, everything arranged (and recorded) directly in renoise. The guitar effects/distortion done with renoise built in DSPs. mastered with calf studio gear.

This has a great hook, lots of character. All the ingredients are there, I get what you mean with the composition element but all the important parts are there which are the hardest to get

I wouldn't worry about the composition too much. I think this works. I'm liking the 'on the edge of manic' guitar stuff. Big thumbs up from me!
