Das ist ein Monster

So the plan was to work on drums/percussion this week, the plan wasn't to write a track in the style of Wumpscut (albeit badly heh) but here we are.

Even though the drums were all wrong for the genre I wanted to try and write an EBM bassline to see how it would sound along side the drums...and got electro-industrial instead.  It sounds really flat and, once again, I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to mixing but it sure was fun.

Made in Ableton (with apologies to Rudy)

Rad, got me hyped up. That opening line in German and the fast pace of everything made me think of early Megaherz.

Toss on some down tuned guitars and you've got a solid 2000s banger.

Haha that's a damn cool opening line. I get the industrial vibes, that little effect that sounds like a digitised clawing of nails on a chalkboard somehow works! haha. Glad you had fun

Haha, god I haven't thought about Megaherz in years.  And thanks man, back to some creepy shit this week

Thank you.  I had intended to make something far more abrasive, thus the nails of chalkboard sound underneath, but once those drums happened they kinda took over.  Thanks for listening
