Waking up to a soft breeze

Very very busy this week with work related stuff. I'm being sent to a different base for the whole summer so that's a lot of logistics to handle. Add all the COVID restrictions and, well, it's really tiring sometimes.

I've been unable to listen to any of your releases properly or leave comments. I do like to "really listen" and leave proper thoughts, so I'd wait for more peaceful moments. Thanks a lot to all the people who had dropped me a line or had the time to have a listen, even if these last weeks my stream has been quite uneven, to say the least.

This one's been rescued from some forgotten corner of failed Weeklybeats projects. In fact, this had a whole mp3 export from 2018, week 45!. I even had to check if I didn't post it.

I had some late synths and some old fx tricks, though the piece is extremely simple. It seems that somewhere in 2018 I was able to record 2 bars of electric guitar playing straight eight notes... Quite an accomplishment for my total lack of playing skills smile

Hope this piece is somewhat peaceful and positive. Really tired of being sad and moody, so I'm falling sleep .. but still smiling smile

Wish you the best for these 7 days, all around this world of ours.

Upbeat ambient; my favorite kind! I like the bitcrushed plucks. Reminds me of she a little (https://www.discogs.com/artist/702717-She-11).

beautiful track, definitely got some much-needed positive vibes from it

Really like the progression and that bubbly-wavey synth lead.  Hope everything goes well at the new base!

nice stuff. stay secure.

the arps are so warm - love the bouncy bass tone

Laguna can always be counted on for positive vibes! heart

Lovely, so peaceful. Fits the title perfectly heart Best wishes right back at ya - since I can't imagine what you're dealing with every day it's all I can do to wish you good luck from behind the lines here in my quarantine box. Hope you get to return soon, both because it will mean that this wild situation is finally ending and that I'll get to read your fantastic comments again. Peace heart
