Plastic mentality

Lately I've been improving my hardware rack so I could control my machines easily when I'm composing at home. I had a pretty nice project but when I was in the middle of writing my stuff, I think some of the main outputs of my patchbay broke. I think it's a easy fix but I need to dissasemble it and I didn't have enough time before the deadline.
Long story short, I used 2 sketch tracks I made using the Waldorf Rocket and perform the same old trick of linking a drum beat, via vocoding and sidechain filtering, to a monotonous synth line. I modulated some of the synth and vocoder so the line changes a little bit.
It was some last resort measure, though I think sounds half interesting.
By the way, I didn't want to spend all evening on it, because I had some friends over... tomorrow's my birthday
