Logical conclusions

A really short piece built on the first bar of a pop masterpiece: "The logical song" by Supertramp.

I had some other arrangement using the bridge just after the whistle, but never seemed to work. Since I've chopped it all and listened to it thousands of times, the sample is completely obvious, but I'd appreciate if you could tell me if it is that obvious.

I planned to do some "magna opus" with this, but never passed this minute. I thought it would be better to release it "as is" and maybe build some future mixtape putting all these ideas together.

Things have been somewhat shitty at work and the days off I had were revoked because a combination of terrible planning and lack of personnel. I'll be travelling tomorrow to the south of Spain for a sixteen-day-straight shift. At least, I enjoyed the new "Umbrella Academy" season and some music making.

I'm sorry to hear about work! I hope you get some time off after your (incredibly long) shift. I don't think the sample is obvious; I like how you take it and make it into your style. Nice work smile

So awesome--I never would have picked that out! Great groove, nice tonal short delay on everything, and excellent drum work.  And that work situation sounds really unpleasant. Absolute best wishes for getting through it with minimal suffering!

Awesome +++ , extraordenary cool drumwork. the sample is not recognizable on the first listening. But when playing the video I got it. Have good stay in south of spain and stay relaxed.
