Tarde

"Tarde" means late, because I'm late for the submission and it's always late when I'm doing my stuff and it's sunday afternoon, and in spanish the late afternoon and the evening are all both called "tarde"... and many Sunday afternoons are quite melancholic for me.

Enough with the spanish lessons... this needs a better structure, but I think sounds half decent for my puny efforts into drum and bass.

I almost lost the slot because I was rearranging the structure. I think an horizontal arrangement is sometimes better for finishing details, yet there's nothing like making breaks with a tracker smile

Renoise project with a lot of native Linux plugins: Airwindows and many instances of Audio Assault AA-551 Channel Strip. Some Audio Assault EchoVibes and EchoVerb on the sends and some Audiority Plexitape Echoplex emulation (windows native) running through yabridge.

The pad comes from NilsK1n excellent emulation of the suckiest and overpriced module out there: the Kawai K1. I know it has their fans, but I never enjoyed it, so really happy just emulating the thing.

For the cosmic "Wavestation"-esque thing ... Green Oak Crystal VST synth resampled... I think the preset is called "Swirl" or something like that.

8 channels of samples, 3 channels of fx sends. Mono classic breaks. I hope to expand the description further if there's any interest.

Take care, WB family. I should be sleeping, not being here, so "tarde" smile

Pads are so nice, critical component for any D and B track, the keys are also another great classic touch.

Thanks a lot, Jason! I'd love to add some of those vocal snippets to add mystery, though I didn't found anything fitting, on the moment.

I'm really glad you're enjoying the pads smile
