Hehe, me neither - those were just the words that came to my mind from the first notes of the melody 
Now that you said it, the second lead is very Bubble Bobble!

lol yes I remember, when you posted a draft of this and it's good to hear it more fleshed out. Really lovely lead melody. And the sound design is unreal, it sounds so spacy and lush.
This is fantastic. There's a great old school vibe to it that brings a slight hint of nostalgia. Really love the flow of it all.
