It's a pretty sweet iPad app. Similar to Reason in a sense (all synths and drums but no recording) but the song layout screen reminds me a tiny bit of LSDJ too. It's pricey as far as iOS apps go but it's pretty powerful.  I knocked this track out in no time. It's on par with nanostudio for me at the moment.

To be honest this is only a tiny sampling of what it can do. Automation is a breeze, the presets are easy to modify, and there's a ton of synths built in. It just got audiobus support too.

It does have a piano roll but no accelerometer support as of yet.
