Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting December 29th 2025 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

I was feeling completely lethargic last week when I started this, and I wanted to try to make it sound like how I felt. Outside the sky was dark grey, and I was laying on my bed with my laptop, the bed filled with stuff since i didn't have energy to clean.
Today I finished it up with some percussions, and I recorded some foley noises on top.

Great to see more IDM on here! Those ringing sounds are really interesting. When the heavy kick comes in it's reminiscent of Aphex Twin's Bucephalus Bouncing Ball. Hope the weather clears up and you feel a bit more energized soon.
