Exploring tape loop degradation. A generative sequence is recorded and re-corded sound on sound. On each iteration the previous version is repeated and accumulating more and more artifacts while fading slowly away.

All done in the box and recorded on a digital tascam multitrack thingie.

Yeah, I kinda zoned out listening to this while working (indicator of a good track since I usually can't listen and work at the same time).

I'm not familiar with this method of production but it sounds very cool.  Good work

i didn't notice the degradation until about half way. really cool concept, quite ethereal

Thank you! Rather old school tape technique. Even so my equipment is anything but.
