sharpen the knife but lay it down to rest there'll be no more fighting today

Monday: recorded some piano riffs on the piano at a school where I manage youth orchestra rehearsals; wrote a bunch of chain-of-thought words
Tuesday: edited the piano recording into samples, sequenced them in Digital Performer. My grandmother in-law bought me a Farfisa Pianorgan III at an estate sale, picked it up at the in-laws' place.
Wednesday: Recorded Pianorgan, re-mushed the words I wrote and some other things in my notebook into lyrics, recorded vocals
Thursday: Bought a Kaossilator at a thrift store for $6, recorded that, mixed, uploaded

This is very pretty smile Love it.

love your style dude. not a style i'd ordinarily listen to but hearing how it fits in with the canon of the rest of your music is really cool smile Is the theremin type voice the kaosscilator? sounds like it's trying to do a duet with you in an awesomely cute way. like the chip is singing its little heart out - it's a nice addition to the rest of the instruments. mixed beautifully smile

this is absolutely beautiful.  really like your voice, really diggin' the lyrics, and love the whole sound you've got goin' on.

This is gorgeous! I like the steam of conscious style lyrics. Fits well with the sonic landscape here.

ok this is weird but there's a sine wave sort of synth sound in this recording I don't remember recording at all

OH GOD I know what happened wow
it's kinda nice though

anyway thanks for listening everybody

Apparently I'm not going to the right thrift stores.
This is a really cool track, very nice -- even more cool that the main instrument came from an estate sale.. score!

I love what you've done for the vocals.

Wow. I absolutely love the building nature of it.
