This short song has nothing to do with Bertolt Brecht, except that all the lyrics rhyme with his name.

I played a livestream on Instagram this week, and in addition to some serious mental blocks and work related stress, I didn't wind up working on this track until Saturday. I picked this song because it's short and I played it on the livestream so I had it in my head. I'm actually really happy with how it came out in a short time, and how much attention to detail I could put into the mix process. I'm also working on a larger project for an upcoming week so I get to divert some time to that as well.
Let's not reflect, or discuss
Let's just reject those thoughts.
Let's self protect, and deflect;
it's more direct,
-but if I could interject,
let's have some self respect,
avoid/adjust, fix, and correct,
before we all get wrecked.

I think you and my friend Charlie would really hit it off musically.
