Agnosticism as a Way to Fit In

By kineticturtle on July 27, 2014 7:41 pm

This week's track is the first casualty of having a baby in the house.

(that's not the baby, that's the toddler, messin' with my phone).

In accord with my Weekly Retrograde project, this is the sister piece to week 23's "Religion as a Way to Rebel"

I wanted to follow that up with another traditional-ish solo acoustic piece for a single instrument. Unfortunately, even though I actually wrote this piece a few weeks ago, I haven't really gotten to practice it, and as a result there's obvious edits and tempo shifts and other weirdness (plus the sound of babies in the background). It's got "character".

I have sheet music available for this if anyone wants it, just drop me a line.

YES!!!!

I'm a huge fan of all the background noise in this one, especially considering the feel of the piece.

heart

Yeah I thought it gave off sort of a carousel vibe.

love me some "character!" congrats on the new baby!!

The babies are a perfect addition to this, my daughter will love this song, definitely reminds me of the circus or a carnival
