In the trees

First submission. There is something here. Not sure this is it though. There is a melody that I played live half asleep that I keep coming back to. Usually I play and record and then edit edit edit keep just a small part that works but in this case I kept it all and it's maybe the first time I ever did that. I made this the same week as digging up a tree root so the title is idk

i dig it

welcome kibble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So cool. I get happy tree monkey vibes from that sort of chuckling sounding loop.
I like how the track progresses and I really like the airy lower octave countermelody that comes in near the end. Love the gentleness of all the sounds. Perfect weekly beat! if you were to develop it I think it would just need to get longer. Maybe find a way to divide the current track about 3/4 through, insert a drastically different section and have the full chorus at the end
Yay yay yay yay yay

thank you for the advice. my old old old go-to/habit is to do a B (C,D,E,F,G,H,etc) section and I'm trying really hard to stop myself from doing that. it's a way for to avoid working on the actual track by making another track inside the track and then i have to figure out how to connect them (or most often it splits off as it's own thing). so i'm reluctant to but maybe a breakdown could work just as well and then into the ending. ugh i want to rework everything but i guess that's what a demo is for. I appreciate the listen
