Like Tears in the Rain

Another track that started in a total different way, with punk rock guitars. But then I stumbled on the haunting noisy pads that are now at the beginning and the track veered into a totally different direction. I tried to avoid the cliche of synthwave by integrating more tribal drums (Japanese taiko patterns in this case).
Done in FL studio, using FLEX synth aggressively (including the pads from hell) and lots of nice samples from Splice.
