Hey everyone,

A new week often means a new challenge (well… writing a track from scratch is always a challenge ), but this time I wanted to push the learning effect a bit further and try something different.

So I challenged myself to write a track using only 4-bar melodies. You probably know those tracks with “simple” melodies that never get annoying, that’s what I wanted to experiment with this time ^^

So yeah, here’s my entry for this week

--> Like always: rhythm is key
--> Don’t use too many, let things breathe
--> Don’t use too many different notes
--> Velocity can also be a game changer in some cases
