Jep, really nice mood!
Vocal melody is more modern this time... nice fit with the powercords and the melo guitar... dig it!
3rd time on repeat now wink

It is.

Power chords are the tonic and the fifth (so neither major nor minor), how you play them is completely irrelevant for it to be a power chord, it just needs to not have the third.

it was a lot harder the first year to let this kinda inside your head & heart stuff come out - it does get a bit easier the more you do it... that gif is lovely!

t was easier on a guitar with the action not so high (i tried that after working on this song to see) but still painful - i think i have some old injury or arthritis in my wrist?... the pain in my wrists is making it hard to even press down on the strings to form the cords - i can do a note at time without much pain

If all else fails, use a ukulele.

Cool as always, thanks for keeping doing this. I like how the song ends with the question.

Loving the low-key tension in this guitar, and your vocal over it is just awesome.  Beautifully done!

February 27, 2018 11:27 pm

Yeah, I feel the tension and searching and longing in this. That's a good question to be asking, and a nice song to ask it with.
