Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Done on M8. Mostly an exercise in getting out of my usual habits (eg four on the floor) by practicing drum programming and synth design.
Voice and top loop that comes in later are the only samples, macrosyn and fm synthesis on everything else.

Love the little chromatic roll downs all over. And the tuned snare. Keeps the excitement going. Lots of fun to listen to and doesn't get old!
The snare is remarkable -- is that FM or MACROSYN for that? Really lovely snare. Kaleidoscopic in its logic with a focused set of materials recombining--awesome.
